Never open! Haven’t been able to collect my parcel as my lunch break is between 12-2!What kind of convenience shop is only open until 12! This isn’t convenient at all!Awful and Lazy!

This is a click and collect address yet it was closed at the time my courier went there 13:17. Looking at the courier picture the shop is closing at 12pm every day now?! Shouldn't they have told ebay this so they could update their records????
