Five star service from all of the team at Toomey Legal. They have handled both my sale and purchase with absolute ease. The communication was excellent and so prompt with updates throughout. Nicola and Kirsty are an absolute asset to the company and held my hand throughout! Even on the day of completion and having to deal with extremely slow solicitors on the other side. Highly recommend!

Would not recommend been dealing with these for two and a half years just for a lease extension, they blamed all delays on Land Registry. Once they have your money they do not want to know, do not return calls or reply to any emails, do not use!

I couldn’t recommend Toomey enough, they’ve dealt with a couple of my cases and both times I’ve been over the moon with the service I’ve received. They’re so quick to respond to any queries and regularly check in with updates without the need to chase!! Helen is absolutely fantastic and managed to get my house through with such a tight deadline and no delays, all of the staff are so polite and keen to help where they can. All in all, 5* experience all round.

Dissappointing. I was a party to a commercial lease assignment in which one party used Toomey Legal. It was extremely difficult to get hold of anyone, they did not reply to emails and they held up the entire process. They also charged and invoiced for an assignment for a lease and then fussed when we weren't happy that they produced a whole new lease (not what we asked for or paid for). This was a difficult transaction due to Toomey Legal and I would not recommend.
