Sonja (and team) have been the most wonderful find for me and my border terrier, Otto. Without them, I'm not sure that Otto would be as well adjusted.Sonja entered into our lives, just as Otto was in the throes of teenage-hood, and I had a list soooo long of the various things that seemed to trigger him. It didn't phase Sonja, and I felt I could trust her to not only walk him, but to work wih us so that he might become a more confident pooch. He now struts out of the house every time she calls, and though he still likes to go for a little wander (!), he has become an amazing adult. Sonja has taken all of his development, and tricks in her stride and dotes on his progress as much as I do. Honestly, she is wonderful, reliable and so so caring of the dogs she takes on.

Sonja at dogknows is fantastic. We worked with her for over a yr. and we would have used her forever if we could. One of the hardest parts of moving house was we’d no longer be able to use her anymore. She is reliable, and caring. She loves the dogs and couldn’t be a better caretaker. She communicates very well any concerns she has about your four legged friend. She really is exceptional. I cannot recommend her enough!!!

Sonja is great, our dog Scout loves her walks. We especially loved how we were able to transition from short puppy walks and visits to the longer group walks which has made things so easy. Scout now looks out for Sonja on her walk days and waits at the top of the stairs, it is very clear Sonja is great with dogs and also helped with her socialization and lead training.

Sonja looked after my old dog Millie for a few years. She was so attentive and kind to her when she had her cruciate operations on each leg, nursing her on a 1-1 basis as she recovered.Sonja was able to handle my dog who was rather nervous and worried and she built the loveliest trusting relationship with her. She came over for n the day she was put down and was a great support to all of us.

Sonja and her team at DogKnows have been fantastic since day one. Theo formed a real bond with his walkers and I have no hesitation leaving him in their care. Sonja is clearly passionate about canine health- and it shows. She’s been a repository of info I’ve been able to tap into after Theo had a suspected collapsed trachea (in the end it was a nasty tooth infection). She went above and beyond, helping me improve his diet with significant heath benefits still apparent to this day. Highly recommended!

We've been working with Sonja and her team for years now and our dogs love them! Flexibility with the schedule to allow for changes in routines but also stability and total trust that she'll offer the best set up for our dogs. Highly recommend

Dogknows (Sonja and Karen specifically) have been walking our terrier since March this year when we moved house. I highly recommend - our terrier is a bit crazy but they love her like their own and give her lovely walks 3x per week. Sonja and Karen are extremely organised, reliable and trustworthy. Lots of dog knowledge and care, just what you want when you put your dog child in someone else's care! They ensure the walking group is well balanced and settled in, so I feel that our dog feels secure and happy when she goes out on her walks.

Sonja has walked my beagle Buster for the last 3 years. She is probably the only person I trust to have him as her understanding of various breeds is excellent. Buster is beyond happy whenever he sees her as her walks are probably more fun than mine! Thank you Sonja

Slinky is now very old. Sonja has been walking him for years! When he was younger he was went through a naughty nervous terrier phase. She knows dog behaviour training and so was able to calm him right down and he stopped being defensive and needing a muzzle; his improvement was remarkable. Slinky loves Sonja and her team and feels very comfortable - which hasn’t been the case with all his walkers over time. Now he’s 17 he’s delicate and needs a bit of special TLC. There’s no one else I’d trust with Slinky. Sonja has become like family - only professional and reliable!! ;) I highly recommend her and her team.
