Delivery driver was rude AF...gave me his meal along with mine...I was the last delivery I think. Anyway got in and opened the bag to find out it's not what I ordered...then my buzzer being pressed non stop...the driver was like do you know who's meal that is...erm no I don't it's not what I ordered I can't see through bags mate.

I always order the spicy king prawn fried rice however, lately, the rice tastes sweet n spicy as If there is a sweet ingredient that has been added which makes it very DISGUSTING!!! This is the 2nd time it's happening. Please look into your method because your spicy king prawn fried rice used to taste so good. I will order again and if the taste is the same I will not be ordering again from your shop.Delivery service is also becoming too lengthy. It didn't use to be like that.Editing:I received a call from Joy bowl to apologise for the inconvenience and I was offered the same order but this time it was free. I really appreciate the effort and the great service.The food was really great.Thank you very much

10/10 service and amazing food. Train was cancelled when I was meant to pick up food and the owner took the time to drop the food to the station as it was past closing time of shop. Best Chinese I’ve had. Will definitely be ordering again

I used to like this place but they have an EXTREMELY RUDE delivery driver and this has put me off ever going back. He has black hair and is quite short and is just objectionably rude. He likes to pass rude comments on things that are none of his business. Just stick to delivering food and stop passing comment on things that are nothing to do with you. Joybowl, please take note - this guy will lose you customers. I previously wrote a really good review for you but this man is doing damage to your business by proxy. I used to spend a lot of money with you, lots of nights, but I am very wary of coming back because of your delivery driver. He’s a very pass-remarkable man. Delivery drivers should just deliver food, not comment on stuff.

Food is good. could be a bit more polite and accommodating.I've asked for a larger portion of soup. something which has been no problem previously.I was told bluntly. NO BUY 2!

Sorry for this guys as I normally use you however ordered a King Prawn and Cream Cheese, Thai Green Curry last night and both had spare plastic in them so I am not too sure if you had faulty cartons or someone used poor utensils. I did not call to complain as I felt you would just dismiss it. Don't think I'll be back now as this was really poor hygiene
