Awful workmanship

Do not use this company, they are clear scammers which unfortunately some people, prob the elderly fall for! The sales guy was at my house for 3 hours, pretty much talking at me with information I honestly couldn’t care less about. I just wanted a quote. I was quoted over £12k for a front door and 3 windows!!! This then went down £7k and then £5K. I explained there is no way I’m going to agree and sign today, oh that’s something they don’t tell you. Any offers/deals you have to sign there and then. I don’t know how many times I had to say this for the guy to finally listen to me. I lost complete interest in even thinking about windows after being spoken at for so long. I explained to the guy if I knew I would be put under pressure and on the spot to make a decision right here right now I never would had booked the app, his worlds were “well no one would that’s why we don’t tell them” they also only have one quality of window to offer which apparently is the best of the best so if like us your looking for something more affordable don’t bother! I was getting very annoyed being asked questions over and over again, whilst having a little baby on my lap and a stranger in my own home trying to sell me a clear scam for 3 hours. Phone calls to the offer were clearly scripted and they talk in code to one another. After saying several times we will not be accepting the offer and will look elsewhere the guy said “well I wouldn’t pay that” reg another cheaper quote we had and “pay cheap pay twice” you see it’s not his home to even have that opinion. Oh and they offered us £80 per month over 10 YEARS!! 10 years?! They must think we’re crazy. Do not use it’s that simple.

Sales techniques are very old fashion, the office is unresponsive once the sale is done. Saying that they did the job as scheduled and installers Jamie and Jack did a great job, finish was very good, they cleaned up after the job and were very polite, they deserve 5*+. Saying that, scaffolding put up by different team is still up weeks after the job, and a lady that called to sell us other stuff promised to sort this out but we haven’t heard since.

The work this company did is great, but they are very expensive and they refuse to stop calling me to try and sell me more stuff despite repeated requests to do so ever since we had our fascias, soffits and guttering done.
