Bowes Road Dental Practice

I have been a patient at Bowes Road Dental Practice for a number of years now. Even before attending this Practice as a patient I have had a number of dental issues over the years. I got to the stage when I wanted to do something a bit more permanent about the state of my teeth. I spoke with Rishi on a few occasions about what could be done, and finally decided that the time had come to get something done. And I am so pleased that I did. The works (and I mean works!!) on my teeth took a number of visits, some of which took a few hours. But the work was professionally undertaken, it was painless, and all the staff made me feel completely comfortable every time I attended.I also have been treated by Priya in the past, and have a lot of praise for her in how she has tackled my problems at the various times.I used to attend the Practice before the current practitioners took over. I was happy then, and I'm more than happy now. I have total confidence in the Clinic and am happy to recommend the team at Bowes Road Dental Practice to anyone.

I normally get seen by either one of the very professional and charming Indian sisters. They always thoroughly explain any procedure before starting it and take time to listen and allay any concerns. The quality of their work has been excellent and on one occasion they correctly diagnosed and treated a serious problem that multiple dental and medical specialists had failed to. I cannot recommend them and the rest of the staff highly enough.

I have gone to this dentist for over 15 years.October 2021 I went for a checkup and left traumatised. I went in for a check up with a new dentist who didn’t introduce himself. Proceeded with a check up and was told I needed two fillings. My previous check up was around 2 years ago, the fact that I needed two fillings must mean there’s some sort of drastic change. I asked if I’d need an x-ray and was told it only needs to be performed every year or so.He had no visor on and his mask was not covering his nose, my glasses became foggy because he was breathing on it. I couldn’t see and he decided to blame the disinfectant.I trusted the dentist and proceeded with my filling. He didn’t talk me through, gave no anaesthetic and proceeded to drill despite me saying I was in pain. I told him to stop, there was no apology, instead he dismissed my feelings by saying “it’s only small usually we don’t give anaesthetic for fillings of this size”. He showed no remorse despite me being in tears and clearly distraught.It was a humiliating and traumatic experience. I could barely speak as there was still water in my mouth. I have never had an issue with my previous dentist. She was absolutely lovely talked me through every step in the procedure and reassured me of everything that was happening. However she’s taken leave for quite some time.I won’t be returning here again!

Been attending this dental practice for 22 years, always exceptional and friendly service by all dental staff! Rishi dentist and Tamara dental technician are consummate professionals with a good sense of humour, put me at ease today, 3 fillings later, I now have new, perfect teeth!

Have been a patient for this practice for many years now. They are friendly, courteous and professional. You get an appointment reminder by text message a day or two before. I usually see Rishi or Priya. Even my kids are happy to come to the dentist. I can highly recommend this dental surgery

Been going here for probably 2 decades for checkups and routine work. Very friendly staff and atmosphere.This was my first time seeing the hygienist and I would recommend. Not as uncomfortable as I was expecting and teeth definitely got a good clean.

I had invisilign treatment and was really well cared for. The surgery was so fresh and clean, clearly had had a makeover with what looked like state of the art equipment. My dentist, Rishi, was very kind, caring and took a personal interest in me. I can’t recommend this dental practice enough!

Just come back from having a filling and have to commend the professionalism of my dentist Richie. He put me at ease straight away and explained the procedure along with all my options. He was friendly, courteous and I was thrilled with the results. I couldn’t recommend them enough

The Staff from reception not take responsible !My girl had a general check out.she had been booked for one day ,but the appointment had been cancelled by calling from the clinic two days before that.And I booked it again,Unfortunately,the staff from Dental Practice called me to cancel again .THAT WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTINGBut any way ,sometimes things happen…..The reason I am writing the feedback is that the same staff from reception said to me that two times appointments had been cancelled by my side not her when I called the clinic to book the same appointment in the third time .And I had a proof of phone call .I think that was not right for patient!
