We have used POLA on a few occasions. Amazing knowledge of all things computers. We used POLA to upgrade our hard drives to a better running model of which our computers are now running so fast. We have also used their remote desktop repair service when our anti virus messed up our network. Sorted out fast and quick. No longer have to worry when things go wrong.

Fantastic service with patience! ,used Pola several times when I have issues with my laptop. I have given them my laptop when I had battery issues and also used the remote service to help me sort and convert to google docs. Good trustworthy advice

Having set up my website a few years ago, Ash brought it all up to date with lots of amendments and extras at a very reasonable price. Within that he has included some extra work that I want to include a little way down the line.Very happy with his work and the fact that he always replied prompty.

I approached Ash about a severely corrupted hard drive on an iMac. We had already taken it to the Apple store in MK, who couldn’t help. Ash managed to recover all of the data (my wife’s precious family photos). He was quick and efficient and kept me up to speed right through the process. I can thoroughly recommend his polite, helpful and above all, skilful service. My only criticism is that I don’t think he charged me nearly enough!
