Worst company deliver broken lock packets in my house. Purchase 24 Sqm all boxes got damaged laminate inside. Ask for refund and they refused. Don't ever buy any product from this company.

Fantastic flooring for the money.I bought online & the quality of communication & service was outstanding. They even checked all my calculations & gave me unbiased advice, irrespective of whether I purchased from Floor Depot or elsewhere. We chose this company because of their promise to deliver the next day. We paid for priority delivery and they were very prompt at replying to all queries until we paid. From then on we were constantly ignored.We've been waiting at our property over the past 3 days for this from 8-6pm (their delivery window), with the company promising it will be delivered soon, and it hasn't been delivered. We even engaged two contractors to receive this on both days but in vain. Upon calling both floor depot and their courier company HD storage solutions they seemed not to care about all this and kept saying there's nothing they can do. We asked them to at least send someone to help us bring it in when delivered (as they only deliver on the curb) and even mentioned that I'm pregnant and my partner injured and they couldn't care less. Please avoid and spare your time and energy from being wasted!
