Recently had my MOT, full service and suspension work done at this garage. They were able to provide me with a slot in a short notice and my experience was excellent. Really friendly staff, they explained everything to me about what they were planning to change and I had my car back on time. They even washed it before collection. Great customer experience all around and I would definitely recommend them.

The guys at Saki's are brilliant, top quality customer service!I turned up with my car unexpectedly as I didn't want to drive it with a coolant leak. They were so accommodating and even dropped me where I needed to get to.They dealt efficiently with the warranty claim and fixed the car in good time, keeping us updated of the progress regularly. I have been using Sakis for 15 years and was one of the first customers when they opened. The service and workmanship of this garage are first rate and have now got both my sons using them. Great service and great work at great prices, what more can you want.

A very good place to have your car mot one on a Hackney carriage Birmingham plate. Very clean and tidy place big reception area plenty of parking space and hot and cold drinks available. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Do not trust these people at all. They are total con merchants and just tried ripping us of again. At first they gave us a quote on a job that needs doing and when we complained about how Over priced it was they suddenly dropped the price by over half if we agreed to get the work done by them. So shows how they over charged in the first place . And when we was here last my partner heard the owner telling a worker to fail a MOT when it could of been passed. And we've had taxi firms tell us to stay clear of Sakis rip of centre. But we're trusting people so thought we'd give them a chance but that back fired when they tried ripping us of again. And please check the videos recorded there out on Tick Tock and your even see the worker who looks like he's in a boy band with his fake clothing on moaning about why are we filming them because he's shy about being outed as working for con merchants.
