After issues with my back I went to Jane for a deep tissue massage and hot stone treatment. Very professional, very respectful and a lovely lady!Back issues were certainly eased and would definitely go back for any other sports related injuries I may have.

I have been visiting Jane for a number of years now and have never found a better massage therapist or reflexologist. She listens to what I’d like to get from the session, whether it’s relaxation or addressing a specific issue, and carefully tailors the treatment to suit. I always leave feeling 100 times better then when I arrived!

I had the best experience possible during my session. I suffer from lower back pain and regular back spasms, both of which affect my legs and my neck. The treatment I received from Jane not only released my very tight and painful muscles but also pinpointed the trouble areas and worked to ease them so that other areas were not having to compensate. Jane was very careful about not causing additional discomfort or pain and was extremely professional in all aspects, due to the Covid restrictions everything had to be done in a very careful way and at all times I felt safe and at ease. I would highly recommend the services and will definitely be going back again.

I find Jane's technique for deep tissue massage extremely effective. She has a unique approach using hot stones as tools to help get to the core of problematic muscles/tissues. Jane's experience, techniques and medical knowledge has meant she's been able to treat my shoulder and neck really well and with precision, which I've found hard to find with other therapists. Having suffered from neck , shoulder and lower back pain I opted to see Jane Cooper for a hot stone massage . It's been the best massage I've ever had , it helped with pain and was so so relaxing .
