I'm pleased to say I have had an excellent experience with James Anderson. Specifically, my initial contact with Michael Britt who was excellent, I very much felt that this would be a 'partnership' and it certainly turned out to be. Following the 'on-boarding' I have been primarily dealing with Louise Reader who again was excellent. I was very pleased with the volume of viewings they were able to achieve which given the type of property (complete refurb needed) I thought was very good. It's fair to say there were a number of issues and obstacles (no fault of JA) which Louise navigated very professionally with excellent communication and patience and a great deal of empathy. I sold our flat via James Anderson and right from having Michael initially provide a valuation, to arranging viewings with the help of Louise and Jasmine, the whole experience was smooth and professional. I was given updates regularly and feedback about the viewings and so was able to adapt to the changing market. Louise was excellent about sales progression and chased the buyers solicitor to ensure completion within the agreed timelines.

I wanted to buy a smallish flat as an investment/buy to let property, I thought East Sheen might be a good place to start looking and having looked online, the first estate agent I contacted was James Anderson. I was immediately put through to the Senior Sales Negotiator, Jasmine Hachem and I was blown away with her utter professionalism. She listened to me and showed me two perfect properties that very afternoon and I immediately made an offer on one of them which was also accepted within 24 hours. From that moment on I knew I had made the right decision. Jasmine was open, honest and I felt completely reassured, it was as though I had been taken under her wing. Every step of the way there was honest communication. There were one or two quite difficult situations to deal with and Jasmine was brilliant and clarified and helped with everything. Nothing was too much trouble, no question was too small and any fears I had were listened to and dealt with professionally. Jasmine is kind, smart and professional. I was so fortunate to have found her and I would recommend her completely.

Excellent support from Jasmine Hachem from start to finish of house purchase. She was patient, reliable, prompt and always accommodating when I asked to pay yet another visit to the property I was buying. During these visits she was unobtrusive – not at all salesy or pushy – but when asked she offered helpful advice. All round, professional service which helped smooth the way from negotiation to completion.

James Anderson have helped me over a very long time as i rented my flat in East Sheen out a few times over the years. I came to sell my flat in 2023 and began working with Michael Britt, the sales manager. It was a tricky time to sell with interest rate rises and economic uncertainty but he managed the whole process superbly with his team and made sure to communicate with me at every step of the sales process. As is the case with London property there was quite a few bumps in the road along the way which he managed really well. It helped me stay calm that he remained calm and professional at all times.
