Excellent place, staff is very professional and friendly. Anjum has been absolutely great every time my car needed something done, most importantly he is trustworthy and competent.Prices might be slightly higher than other places, but definitely worth the service and peace of mind!

I broke down a few weeks ago and I was struggling to find a mechanic. I was stranded in Romford for 2 days and had a journey back to the North East - if it wasn't for the awesome service and great job they did on my car I would've been stuck in Romford for a week. Thank you guys, you're awesome!

Excellent service by Anjum and Majic. Went for a diagnostic issue, the issue could not be resolved as was advised it’s something which need BMW specialist help but was fully updated on the possible issue even a recommendation was made. Later helped to put back the under tray and clearing the error code without any charge. Will highly recommend

Recently took my BMW 1 series here with an engine light fault. Could not fault this garage in any way…diagnosed the problem and fixed what needed to be done and communicated what needed to be done throughout with no issues since. Would highly recommend this garage and will now be taking my car here for any future problems and for its MOT/Service which I think says a lot. Thanks again! :)

To be honest very disappointed. There was a problem with my heating matrix which was indentified by the engineer. They told me it was going to be £750 to get it fixed. I had to reconsider because the price was expensive. I took the car to a recommended engineer who was able to confirm the problem but saw the issue and said that the previous engineer purposely damaged the car and tried to cover it up. The other engineer was able to fix the car for £300. Always double check with other engineers to get a proper diagnosis.

My car started with a mysterious engine management light and another garage diagnosed a turbo fault with its consequent exorbitant price to replace but Platinum found the real issue and was able to replace as part of the warranty. It wasn't so much the cost savings that i was happier with, but the fact that they found the real issue. No point in paying to repair for something that isn't broken. Thank you guys, good job and brilliant service. After 18 years of using my old garage, I have found my new go to garage!.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with these guys at platinum motoring. I brought my car there to fix a coolant leak and change the braking pads and discs and I picked my car with more problems. The car was shaking and jerking while driving straight after I picked it from the garage. When I went back to them and I asked to find the problem and fix my car , they said can’t find any problem and advised me to drive the car how it is until a fault will appear on the board…..Then I understood that these people are not professionals and I took my car to a main dealer ( Audi service centre) where they found the problem…. There were 3 missing bolts and one found in coolant shaft. Now I am taking these guys to the court for not taking good care of my car and for poor service and overcharging me . AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
