Contacted the company and outlined what I wanted doing (two planning submissions) and was promised that someone would get in touch when they returned to the office. Nobody did, which was disappointing...Edit to add: I see it took a month to reply to my post - says it all really!! If you would like to contact me and give me proof of the dates you tried to contact me I will gladly change my review.In response to your response: if I really didn`t answer my phone three times, it would have shown as a missed calls and I would have rung you back (as it was me who contacted you for some work). Also you could have texted me to say you couldn`t get hold of me, or you could have emailed me as I gave my email address along the reference numbers of the two expired planning permissions that I wanted resubmitting.Perhaps best to stop digging and admit to yourself that you just didn`t to return my call. Not a big deal, but a small failing on your part. Let`s leave it there. Have a nice day...

Arrived on time, was very imformative and knowledgeable on the problem we were having with a leaky external wall. Advised us in the best possible way what we needed to do and who we needed to get in to solve the problem. Would recommend David and Keystone again to anyone who wants a good quality, professional Surveyor.
