Overall a good station with friendly staffs and large concourse area. There are several places to buy drink. The station is clean and you need to pay £0.3 to use the toilets.

One of the best bus station I have been. It's clean, quite and tidy. There is always someone to assist you. There are two entrances and two exits, one if from Elder Street and another from North St. Andrew Street.Where you can easily get Taxis. When I was there the toilets were free of charge.Locker service was very helpful however they were a bit overpriced. Information centre and the ticket counter were very nice and helpful.

The bus station is located just couple of minutes away from city centre. Calton hill is also walking from it.It has Services for Edinburgh city, Glasgow, Inverness, Aberdeen, Perth and Dundee. Buses are classy and comfortable. The bus station has good seating arrangement, 2 exits, good toilet facilities 24*7. Anyone can easily spend time waiting for a bus here due to good capacity of seats, cleanliness and helpful staff. There was an information centre too. I reached early morning at 5.45am, and was there for 1 hour. The counter was closed that time.

Nice clean bus station with lockers, vending machines and a small shop to buy snacks and newspaper/magazines. The bathroom (paid) was clean.

Arrived Monday have mobility issues, lift not working, eventually managed to use escalator, back again to leave for my return journey today, thankfully lift was working, was looking to get something to eat, was told their was no bar or resturant to which i could get a meal or drink, there was only a Wh Smith's or an oulet serving over priced food, very disappointed as this is the bus station of the capital of Scotland very poor services in my opinion, i do not know what our oversea's visitors would think about the service we offer them, they must think its awful, i am Scottish and i think the amenities we offer are terrible, quite shocking in fact.

The Edinburgh bus and coach station is a nice place that I went to from Glasgow and the buses are regular. There's a toilet here that does cost 30 pence but it's always well maintained. It's easy access to the centre of Edinburgh and there's always staff around to help.

I love Edinburgh. All cultures are accepted there, all faiths etc. A place of beauty and tourism. You can dress how you like there and no one bats an eyelid. Beautiful architecture, big churches, posh shops and big on Scottish souvenir shops, what's not to like!!!
