Gareth is a really nice guy but Hendersons have a habit of cancelling appointments. And they don’t work weekends so if you have an emergency…..

We have used Hendersons for years. Great family company, really know there stuff. They turn up do a great job, and friendly to boot.We have recommended them to all our friends who need Gas work.

Very pleased with complete new system comprising new boiler, hot water cylinder and system controls. Friendly, professional job and no problems with service call-backs for final system adjustments. I am very happy to recommend this company.

As always, the service from start to finish from Henderson's Heating is professional and impeccable. Gareth fitted our new gas boiler, replacement water tank, fitted a new shower pump and installed all of the needed pipework a couple of years ago. He has serviced it since and we are delighted with the reliable service.Gareth is very knowledgeable with good and well thought out solutions and as a bonus, is an incredibly neat and tidy worker. He has high standards, never leaves a mess, is well organised and truly a pleasure to have in our home. He is friendly, hardworking, diligent and professional and we wouldn't have anybody else. He is one of a handful of professionals who we could genuinely rely upon and therefore wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Lovely job, a bit difficult to arrange due to phone issues at Hendersons. But we got there & the work done was excellent

If I could give 10 stars to Gareth and Elaine then I very happily would. They are the most helpful company I have ever had work done from. Gareth services my boiler every year and has just repaired my leaking washing machine all at a reasonable cost. I'm more than happy to recommend this company, just ring them you won't be disappointed, they are lovely people with an excellent family business.

We are selling our property and the buyer requested a gas safety certificate, boiler service and gas fire service. We booked an appointment with Hendersons and they completed the work in a very friendly and helpful manner. They were able to answer all our questions and promptly provided all the relevant service docs and gas safety certificates for our buyer. I would highly recommend there services and we will definitely be using them again for any gas related jobs.

They sorted out a very tricky set of problems with my heating, showing great patience and perseverance. When the weather was cold they put themselves to considerable inconvenience in order to make sure I was safe and warm. And the final price was very reasonable. I'ts a shame there are aren't 10 stars!Gareth came to my daughters house to fix the the NEST thermostat after it now being obtained through Google.Gareth was friendly, polite and very, very patient with the technology, which was extremely taxing.A massive thank you to Gareth.
