Amazing service, super rate the new store layout and the friendly/welcoming atmosphere. Shout out to Hadley who introduced and made me my first matcha. A therapeutic experience with such a calming and positive young man. Was a pleasure (& now I think I’ve been converted to the green side).

Such a great shop always get good, friendly service and the teas are amazing. The tea workshop my mum and I attended last night was such great fun. Pippa and Eva were great hosts and we had so much fun trying all the different teas and learning more about them. Highly recommended

Hello, B&B store number 8! It was a pleasure to join the Nottingham team in store! Thank you to the lovely Pippa who recommended Raspberry Ripple Matcha as it's her favourite - it was delicious over ice. I also loved trying the samples available. Pippa and I also ended up chatting about her gorgeous tattoos. A wonderful, welcoming, bright, friendly store with fantastic teas - B&B never disappoints, no matter where in the country I am.

Absolutely wonderful, what a gem this shop is! The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, plenty of free samples to help you decide and nothing was too much trouble for these lovely ladies. The tea is gorgeous, the whole shop smells wonderful. I can't wait to go back and am even tempted with the monthly tea subscription.

Lovely place to go to! Brilliant staff who are always happy to help and very knowledge about the teas in stock. I love their seasonal lines but i recommend their unicorn fizz to any first-timer!

Loved the variety of teas they have along with a couple cold brews to taste. And stuff are just absolutely enthusiastic and friendly. They've kindly offered to demonstrate a matcha prep and then we got two different flavored matcha lattes to go, which were fantastic. Looking forward to visit them again. ♥️

Went for a tea blending tasting evening,a gift for my birthday so not sure of the price. 2 and a half hours long and brilliant. Was sceptical as like my Yorkshire tea but the whole thing was very well done by Courtney and Indi . Started with a tea cocktail and then tasted many different types of tea all explained well by the knowledgeable Courtney. Made by indi.then blended some teas to take home . Also included 10% off any purchase. All in all a lovely present. ❤️

Wonderful staff, very well presented shop, excellent marketing but poor quality product!I was intrigued to taste and compare their brand of lemon and ginger tea but unfortunately what I received was almost tasteless hot water- very weak tea. I was very disappointed at the faint flavours that I could detect. A very inferior tea being the worst lemon and ginger tea I have tasted. I will continue using M&S tea as it is the best ! 1/5

I love this shop, brightens my day as soon as I walk in. Staff are amazing so very helpful. This show got me into drinking Matcha with all their samples. It’s my first stop when in Nottingham

The best shop with a great selection of tea, matcha and brewing supplies. The shop assistants are very polite and competent. Classic matcha at the highest level, but please consider a different packaging, the jar is not airtight, I carry it with me and every time a lot of powder falls out, which is frustrating(
