Fade Masterz Barbers

An appalling barbers - avoid at all costs. This was my first visit, and it will definitely be my last. I gave the barber clear instructions about the way I wanted him to cut my hair. However, he completely ignored my instructions and proceeded to completely ruin my hairline and cut my hair in a rough, crooked and haphazard way.He decided to cut the exact area of my hair which I told him to avoid. When I noticed him doing this, I told him to stop. However, 5 minutes later, he decided to cut this area of hair again. I had to stop him several times during the haircut, as I could not bear to watch him ruin my hair any further. Sadly, despite my clear instructions and clear discomfort about what he was doing, I was left with a crooked, poorly finished haircut.This barber is appalling. The people who work here need to understand that deliberately ignoring someone's request about how this wish to have their haircut can have awful consequences on someone's mental health - especially so when the purpose of the haircut was to feel better about one's appearance. You don't know what people are going through in their life, it's not unreasonable to assume that the purpose of someone's visit is to feel more confident after having a nice haircut. You ruined that for me. You destroyed my self confidence, and it's had awful consequences.It's all very well the barber telling me it will grow back" - yet what about the way I feel at the moment? I left the barber feeling worse than when I went in

Been a customer for years and always satisfied with the haircut, haven't been disappointed at all.Great customer service by all members. Go there to have a great time. Worst barbers in Bristol. The barbers are incompetent and lack basic listening skills, and English language communication skills. They ruined my hair because they didn't listen to me. Hygiene is also poor. Avoid this barbershop like the plague.
