Graeme the manager only been in the store a week, came to our rescue when a lost phone whilst were on holiday meant we needed a new sim card quickly! New sim sorted and really helpful letting us know the deals for the future!

Went in to get a new pixel.Advised by the guy who served me the new one would be out soon and when.Ended up pre ordering a pixel 8 pro.Very pleased with the honesty and help I received from michael in-store.Even helped me claim for my new watch.Fantstic shopping experience and couldn't do enough.

Recently visited the EE store in Workington again regarding my Samsung S22.The 2 members of staff Jake and Dave were so helpful and professional.They together with Michael, who I saw a week before epitomised what GREAT customer services looks like.They are a credit to themselves as well as EE!!!I would have no hesitation in recommending EE Workington.
