Just taken delivery of a Venure Canoe from the team at GoKayaking and the experience from start to finish was first class. As a novice they helped with the design, build and delivery to Scottish Highlands - all wrapped up with extreme care and attention. Would 100% recommend.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Andy and Keean for their attentive service. Been mulling on getting a new boat and clearly can buy online but having the ability to test the boat, then get it fitted professionally was just what I needed.The Machno feels the right boat for me and the interest free option made it possible for me to get a boat which will see me grow in my paddling journey.Lots of tips and tricks given' so the rating is not just for the boat but the customer service.Fully recommend especially if you a new to the sport or you are looking to find the perfect boat for your paddling style.

I would never use GoKayaking again they simply aren't worth the risk/effort.- Multiple Kayaks delivered damaged- Gokayaking described damage as minor, P&H said it needed repair.- GoKayaking offered £150 discount, I opted for a refund.- Once they finally picked up the damaged boats GoKayaking advised that the boats will be repaired and put on sale with a 20% discount (over double what was offered to me without the repair).Their customer service is extremely poor, I was ignored/hung up on etc. by their manager. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with them.After all the dramas I contacted other kayak stores and they all offered price matching.Avoid!!

Had a really great customer experience at Go-Kayaking at Runcorn. John was very generous with his advice and guidance and helped me find the right kayak and kit for my needs. Non pushy sales pitch, no trying to sell me stuff I didn't need, it was all very positive. The Covid safety measures were very good too and made for a safe customer experience. Thanks!
