The Nexus
We have just started a new lease with Richard @ The Nexus, Colchester. We were smitten when we first came to view the office and knew we wanted this to be our new Colchester base. The offices and facilities are amazing, and Richard is a lovely guy, who bends over backwards to help you out and has made us all feel very welcome. If you are looking for a new office in Colchester, I would definitely recommend The Nexus.

The Nexus
I have been working at The Nexus for 9 months and absolutely love it here. Such a fantastic working environment, beautiful, clean and well looked after offices and shared spaces. Richard the landlord is flexible and really can do enough for his tenants. The facilities are brilliant including the gym, showers, coffee machine, outdoor space and meeting pods/breakout areas. There is a fantastic friendly vibe among all the tenants here. I would highly recommend.

We've been at the Nexus now since May 2023. We've already moved office to the new 'West Wing' which was recently developed so we could have more space.We've been really pleased with our time here so far. The nature of the 'all inclusive' package is what appealed to us most. For our monthly payment, which is more competitive than most solutions locally, we get parking, hot and cold drinks, a fridge (which is refreshed nightly), the gym, meeting rooms and a very flexible Landlord who has a keen eye for detail and has created a really creative and refreshing space to work.We'd recommend the Nexus to any local businesses looking for a great place to operate from.

The nexus is such a beautiful space!The moment you walk through the front door you are greeted by a living wall! Its so cool!The suites and offices are all very elegant, modern and well designed.The coffee machine in the communal space is also very popular! Everything you need is all in one impressive and secure space. Holding meetings here creates a great image for a small business.The On site gym is also state of the art and free to use for tenants & staff which is a great feature to help promote a healthy working lifestyle.Richard has invested so much time and effort (and money!) into making The Nexus a truly great place.

What a great place to be! I love my office space at The Nexus - the facilities are fabulous with additional meeting pods, refreshments and an onsite gym. What more could you ask for! There's also a great friendly vibe here too with fellow businesses, which makes working here great. I've been here for coming up to six months and everything about my experience here so far has been easeful - Richard has really thought about all the details, is approachable and has gone the extra mile to help me feel at home. Thanks Richard!

I have been working at The Nexus for the last 3 months and the facilities are great! An amazing top of the range gym, coffee machine and great working stations. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a clean, brand new and friendly office space.

I had a tour of the Nexus with a view to offering Massage there, and was so impressed with everything about it. Each office is so unique and state of the art and the attention to detail is amazing, you can tell a lot of thought has gone into the furnishing. The living wall brings the outdoors inside which adds a really relaxing vibe to the offices, the gym has the best standard of equipment and very importantly the coffee is amazing! If I worked in an office this is exactly the kind of place I'd like to be. Plus its next to the A12 which is ideal.

The Nexus provides excellent facilities with everything well thought out and all needs catered for to a very high standard. The range of meeting facilities are great, there are loads of relaxation areas and amazing coffee! The value for money at The Nexus is excellent and the ultra-all-inclusive deal works really well, so you know exactly what your monthly costs will be for a fixed period with no changes or hidden charges! We would highly recommend The Nexus serviced offices to anyone searching for a new workspace.

I have just taken up offices at The Nexus for my surveying business and I have been extremely impressed with it and Richard Triolo, my new Landlord! Richard has bent over backwards to make my move happen, going over & beyond in every respect. I looked at many potential offices in the North Essex area and The Nexus cannot be beaten imo. Excellent facilities, allowing me to greet my valued clients, a safe and very secure environment and many features such as wet rooms and a high-tech gym...the list goes on. I am very happy and very happy to have now agreed a long-term lease.

I've worked at The Nexus since June and have been nothing but impressed with the facilities. The office location is excellent in terms of connections from the surrounding towns. My office is modern and beautifully decorated, as are the meeting pods and this gives a great impression for client appointments. On top of this there's a topnotch coffee machine and even a gym. Highly recommended!
