Went in ready to be disappointed, but came out smiling.I'd been around the shops looking for a jacket, which turned out to be really hard work.I come to levis store, and fantastic they do jackets with my sort of sizings.Got myself a really nice jacket, not as expensive as I thoughtThe girl I had was really friendly and helpful. Really caring about my needs as a disabled shopper. Nothing was too much bother, fetching different sizes for me to try on various jackets, and informing me of the loyalty app (which gave an instant discount).A lovely store, and lovely staff

The website said the store is currently open during working hrs.I rang a number of times, no one answered. No recorded message either.I then drove there, to find the store is closed for a refit.Not good, wasted journey, fuel and parking fees.Please update the website.

I went in shortly before Christmas thinking I knew what I wanted but I was totally wrong. Thanks to the neverending patience of the lady who served us, and the 7 pairs of jeans I tried on, I came away with the most comfortable jeans I've ever owned. I was even able to order a pair and still get the in store discount. They are well worth the price and I will forever go back to this store now thanks to the excellent customer service and quality jeans.

Brilliant shop and Staff. Went to get a pair of jeans and the stock and choice was as you would expect. However, the Staff were well above what you could have wished for, the sales staff were very attentive, the lady at the changing rooms was excellent and very knowledgeable. The jeans needed taking up so this was offered FOC so I decided to have some patches added to personalise them and was served by a very pleasant chap ‘Landers’ who helped be select the best ones and advised where to have them put. What a brilliant shop

I decided to try the Levi's shop in Bristol after hearing positive things from other people. I visited on a Sunday and the young lady who helped me couldn't have been more helpful. They had my size in all of the styles I was interested in and were very knowledgeable about their stock. If you want a pair of jeans that will actually fit, I highly reccommended a visit.

Lovely place and lovely staff, I believe the lady who helped was either called Rosie or Lauren, but either way she was great! Super helpful and down to earth, knew a lot about the product so couldn't ask for anyone better.
