Excellent knowledge and understanding of clients needs. I was paired with a pt who knew what training to suit me and my needs. The yoga teacher was excellent with vast knowledge. Adapted the classes to suit the needs of all my family. Definitely recommend

When attending an appointment at Willaston Physio, I found the venue was conveniently located off the A41, with parking spaces immediately outside the building. Once inside, the Reception Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. As I had arrived early, I sat for a few minutes in a comfortable waiting area and was offered a filter coffee - which was very welcome!The treatment I received from the Physiotherapist was excellent and I left with a selection of exercises for me to continue with at home. The whole experience was pleasant, easy and reassuring. I would recommend this Physiotherapist & Sports Rehab business to anyone living on the Wirral, Merseyside or Cheshire.

Appointment was on time, felt little too clinical but nice, clean ,helpfull staff.

I went to see Lisa today with a extremely painful back which I'd had for 12 days . My appointment was 13.30 its now 19.34 and because of her treatment and advice on exercise I can now get out of a chair with virtually no pain. She's a magician!!! But joking apart absolutely amazing. Thank you sooo much.

I recommend the Gait Analysis assessment. I have struggled for years with pain and swelling in my knees due to a history of sporting injuries and surgery. One session on the Foot scanner showed the issues and potential issues and stress on other parts of my body. The readings showed what custom insoles were needed to correct my posture. Looking forward to receiving the insoles and to the journey back to fitness. Nobody else pointed out what the real issue was AND the other problems as a result of the main problem. Thank you..you have given me the positive news I needed.

Best physio around. Trust them 100% wouldn't ever go anywhere else. I travel around an hour to get to my appointment from Staffordshire. Highly recommended.

Referred by my GP, Steve initially seemed helpful, but then dismissed my symptoms as he 'in 15 years had never heard of them'. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience by the 3rd appointment, where he had initially said he would add things to my plan, didn't. So, with 4 links to YouTube videos I could have sourced myself, not rating the treatment. Felt like an inconvenience, nothing like the NHS specific Physio treatment I've received in the past. I'll go back to Google and YouTube for the pain and symptoms I continue to experience.

Private appointment , but kept waiting for over 15 minutes with no apology, or reason given. The lady spent the 45min appointment looking at the clock every few minutes and filling in a questionnaire - I thought I was going to be shown some breathing exercises etc, none shown, that was the purpose of the visit. Very disappointing visit, felt it was a complete waste of my time and was then charged £65 for what !!! Would not recommend at all.
