We recently used Spectra to undertake an Asbestos Survey on a property we were purchasing. Darren was really helpful and fully explained what the different types of survey they undertake. Once we confirmed the survey date the report was emailed to me within 3 days from site visit and I was pleased to know that although there was Asbestos, it was low risk and could be left in situ. I have recommended them to a friend who has an old garage which needs to be demolished and Darren will provide them with a quote when he is ready. Thanks Darren & the team at Spectra

Used them recently on a project and we are having to commission a second survey (different surveyor) due to quite obvious areas of asbestos not being identified which led to a health and safety risk to our contractors on site and the cost of the additional survey falling to our client plus delays to programme. Would not recommend.
