B3 Communications

My first dealings with B3 Communications were all about discussing the issues we had with our now previous provider. We were very much listened to and now just 4 weeks later we are up and running with our new system. Fantastic service all round.

David did a top job, quick and easy to understand. We were up and running in no time so no disruption to our daily schedule what so ever. Great service & would definitely recommend, B3 have been a breath of fresh air from what we were used to dealing with.

I was contacted by Sean from B3 communications concerning my current internet & telephone contract. Sean was very helpful and explained to me how we may currently be paying more than necessary for our existing contract and arranged a site visit with Shea. When Shea visited our premises he was very friendly and polite, Shea went through all the details for our business's current contract and our needs then discussed the VOIP system they supply. Sean and Shea were able to quickly respond to any technical questions our outsourced IT department had. The installation process carried out by David went very smoothly and without issues. I am very happy with the service and the products provided.
