Rang up Saturday morning about our grid overflowing, Great service over the phone, and said someone can possibly come out Sunday. Luckily they could come out same day. Really pleased was half expecting it to be Monday. Jack did an amazing job , unblocking all the grids, and also cleaned up after himself. Great service and would recommend to anyone x

Excellent service. Problem was dealt with promptly and without any issues. Further advice offered for preventative care. My only gripe was the cost - £100 for pressure wash, £129 for pressure wash and camera (which I booked as I wanted drains checked having recently moved in). Unable to do camera but still charged £130.

I dealt with Beckie on the phone to request the companies services. She was most helpful and had a engineer out the following morning.As I was away for the day my partner Linda took control.She said the engineer was extremely professional and sorted out our problem which had been caused by tree roots.I would certainly recommend this team.

Excellent service and communication with Mersey Rod who attended a blocked drain within 3 hours of calling the lads dealt with the blocked pipe/grid very quickly and cleaned the area as soon as it was finished..highly recommended
