Manager Trish and assistant Isobel were friendly and patient. They took the time to help us to find all the things we were looking for and gave us lots of advice, even printing out some literature for us to read at home while considering a purchase.

I recently hired an Orthopaedic chair from Clearwell mobility following a hip replacement I've had, the staff are very friendly and great to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend using them.

I took my 93 year old mother to choose a wheeled walker as she needed something practical for outdoor use which would be smaller than that which was available on the NHS.Isobel was very helpful, patient & caring showing us various walkers until we found the one that suited my mother.As there was a sale on we did get £20 off the price plus as my mother suffered a stroke in July we didn't have to pay any Vat.We are very satisfied with the walker we chose. There was a lot of choice too. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

My wife received exceptional service from ABI who showed fantastic knowledge about useful items and how they work. Very pleased with items bought. would highly recommend visiting. Good stock levels.

I was there some weeks ago for a purchase n a quick look f a toilet seat. Unfortunately I realised that they close at 5pm not 5.30pm but since I was from far, I asked if OK. The younger sales person was not too happy with advices n then said they cannot help me if I dont know what I want".Service Stops at 5pm! Had to pay - Leave the shop. Such Frostiness
