Their estimate was very clear and broken down into readable section's, and they even gave me optional items such as money saving options along many specified areas such as windows and doors. They were professional and organised, and so clean, as well. We very much look forward to working with you guys!!

Absolutely the best building company in the South East . Completely delighted with the whole renovation project which included a dormer, extension and ground works. Lucas has an eye for detail and could spot a fly on the moon ! The whole team are artisans and take pride in their work. There is a wonderful atmosphere of love and support amongst the whole team which leaves your home glowing . Will be coming back to Avante Guarde for our next project for definite. I just hope they dont get too booked up as they are proving to be very popular.

We've recently had a large extension built by Avant-garde and I can honestly say that from the outset I am very happy with the handling of all the quote details. Lukas and team worked with me and help me with the many options that come with building a new extension. I am very pleased to say that the build was completed within budget and I am one very happy customer. I will be using again on future projects.

We had the pleasure of Lukas and his team completing a first floor bedroom extension with en suite, and porch this year (not an easy feat in the middle of a pandemic!!) Their professionalism and workmanship was amazing throughout,and we are really pleased with the outcome. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were able to add additional works to the project as we went along, with everything coming in on budget. We would definitely recommend them for any building project you have, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks to all the team!

Would highly recommend Avant-Garde Construction. They removed the wall between the kitchen and dining and put up construction steel beam. Work was done to a very high standard quicker than expected. They were punctual, well organised and knowledgeable and prepared for all aspects. The care and attention to the property, the clean up, the standards and ensuring the work was carried out to required specifications was hugely appreciated. They were extremely professional from start to finish.
