Very grateful to Rick. I phoned him about a very minor problem with a gas fire at one of our tenanted houses and he managed to fit us in the very next day to fix it. Excellent quick service which is very much appreciated. Happy tenant means happy landlord. I shall certainly use his service again in the future for any major or minor works required.

Rang in the evening with no heating or hot water, came out first thing in the morning, hoping for a quick fix or fault diagnosis.Wasn't an obvious fault. A blocked pipe.He stayed until it was fixed so thanks for perseverance and getting it all back on.Very reasonable rates.Would recommebdAnd local. an extra bonus.

We were visiting Grimsby to turn on my parents heating and the boiler failed. We called at lunchtime and without hesitation he attended and sorted the boiler. Highly recommended. He was polite efficient and did the charge was very very reasonable

I am a Landlord for properties in Grimsby and I live 300 miles away. Whenever I had plumbing problems in the past I received bad and expensive service. One of my tenants reported having no hot water last Saturday. I must have phoned 20 plumbers who were either not interested or did not answer phone. When I got hold of Richard Wall he was most helpful and agreed to have a look on Monday morning. He attended as promised and reported back to me what needed fixing. He quoted a fair price and got on with it straight away and kept me informed. I have no hesitation in recommending him and he will be number one on my call out in future. Thank you Richard. 10/10 Would definitely recommend - Rick was able to come out and diagnose my central heating problem the same day it broke down, and got hold of the parts needed, and fixed it the same day too. No other plumber in Grimsby was able to even attend till 2/3 days time. Rick even looked at some other things while he was here and sorted them too. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Excellent job Rick - we had several quotes to replace an entire boiler system only installed in 2012 - Rick carried out a repair and all is fine and the tenants are happy - Thank you Rick - Highly recommended!!!

After another company came to look at our boiler, made things worse and tried to convince us we need to spend thousands on a new boiler .We called R J Wall. He came round the next day found the problem and fixed it withing a couple of days for less than a hundred .couldn't be happier .
