If I could rate below 1 star, I would.A horrendous surgery with terrible customer service.A family member was told earlier this week that they would be contacted for the booster jab. Not only was he not contacted, but when he called, he was told that they have ran out of the vaccine and cannot say when they will get more. This is not the first time that they have been poor with customer service. They fail to answer calls and on most occasions fail to tell patients the results of hospital tests.Terrible is an understatement.

I really don’t recommend to interact with the people from the reception. Some ladys from there are very rude and disrespectful with the patients. I spoke with one of them, that called me to cancel for the second time an appointment and when I asked about a new appointment, she offended me and hank up the phone in my nose. About the doctors, I don’t know anything because I didn’t had any interaction with them. But because of the women from the reception, I will change my GP after just 2 days from registration. I wouldn’t take my kids there.

Whoever’s reading this don’t bother with this GP. They don’t know what they’re doing they’re unorganised and they say it’s open at 8 but it isn’t they’re lazy just sign yourself up at a new gp do yourself a favour honestly. ITS NOT WORTH IT ITS NOT WORTH IT THEYRE REALLY BADDDDDDD.

0 stars!! They don’t have any system on booking appointments and the waiting times are atrocious. They make excuses, “oh, doc has gone home” after 2 mins when you call back and they purposely change your appointment time without notice when I especially took the time off from work. Change your Gp like we have.

WORST SURGERY EVER....they leave you waiting over hour each appointment it is a poor surgery I changed doctors to enki medical practice and when I asked for blood work they told me it was fine.my new surgery told me that it wasn't.i stopped all medicines whilst there because you have doctors coming in and they last 3months.i felt like I couldn't talk to main doctor and each new doctor put me on medication and without warning she stopped them and said I do not need them. Confused.comWhen a new doctor comes in she don't like the fact that someone else was trying help!she shuts you down or puts phone down !!!

I have very bad experience with this surgery. The staff just change the appointment dates without informing me. And the worst thing is waiting time almost one hour on each appointment. I have just changed my surgery. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Don't even class the one star worst doctors ever my appointment was at 3 got hear at 2:50 and still sitting hear at 3:35 changing my doctors today not happy at all

If i could give you lower than 1 star i would. Everyday I call to get an appointment and they don’t answer the phone. When i go to the surgery in the morning they tell me there are no appointments. There’s only one staff working in the morning. From after 9 there’s more staff. They are not interested in the patients they just gossip. Where is the manager Pallaui at this time he is sleeping? I went to City hospital thy said i have to go to my GP but it’s impossible to get an appointment.

If you ever have the misfortune of having a health problem, you’re better off writing a note in a bottle and throwing it into the ocean than trying to get through to this place let alone an appointment. You will be “caller number 4 in the queue” for at least an hour, staff will hang up on you mid-sentence and expect you to wait another 1-2 hours on hold to get through, at which point the appointment you wanted will “no longer be available.” The staff themselves won’t understand clear English, and when they do they will reply incredibly rudely. I understand it’s a tough time for health care but the way they deal with patients is apalling even for 3rd world country standards. This is based off 2 years of dealing with several members of staff and GP’s. You only have to look at the other reviews to see how common this theme is. This is the ugly side of the NHS where surgeries like this continue to get paid and get allocated a portion of the budget, regardless of the service they provide or the number of complaints they receive. Only a matter of time before someone really suffers at their hands and files the law suit, I’ll look forward to the day that GP stops getting paid off our NI. Stay safe and avoid.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I haven’t used their services in very long. Because I didn’t need to. Furthermore, i wasnt going to go for regular checkups as my health was fine.They kicked me off their services just because i wasn’t using it. What a joke. So not wasting NHS’s money seems to be a problem for this practice.Whenever I booked my daughters appointments they would make you wait an hour. The GP is absolutely rubbish and rude. Imagine waiting an hour just for my daughter to be seen for max 2 minutes without a proper checkup. Avoid this practice save your time.
