I went in to get colour corrector (completely understand that it may not always work) I showed him a picture of highlights and a face frame. they took samples from my hair and said it was 100% possible for the picture that I showed them. I did have brown hair at the time and asked for them to light up and to give me face frame. They ended up dying my hair red and adding bright yellowish face frame which did not match the red(I did not want red hair) also while getting hair done I heard a manager ranting about a college course which I found unprofessional! After leaving and going home and not liking what I was seeing in the mirror I went back very politely to ask if it could be lightened or if more highlights could be put in as I personally didn’t like it nor want it.The manager then began to tell me that ,that is not what I wanted and telling me how I wanted my hair while slowly moving me out of the shop. I spent up to £150 on this hairstyle and asked for either a refund or for them to book an appointment for me to pay and for it to be fixed/lightened. After feeling uncomfortable I had a family member call up and enquire about refund or getting it fixed she began to then shout down the phone very unprofessionally. Also I experience another client that was not happy with the haircut while in the shop. When the client left they began to talk about this woman and a mean manner. Would not recommend !!!
