Never seen in a shop before , such misrable, unhelpful staff , no courtesy what so ever , pushing trollies around expecting you to move , not even a excuse me please , don't even think about asking where something is , face tells you , not to, tills never maned , just long long queue , what about decent customer service , manager

Went in because there was a queue at M&S. No trolley checkouts open, very few staff, expensive for what we wanted, would have probably been cheaper in M&S and better quality. Managed to get overcharged as well, not the best Co-op we've been to.

Quite possibly one of the most unusual and rude man working there. Went in 20 mins before closing and everyone was obviously in a rush to close. I was 10 p short on the self-service till, still with 15 mins to closing, I had put £11 pound in the till already, man came over said problem?" I explained I would run to my car to fetch the outstanding balance... He didn't respond. So I ran as quick as I could (30 seconds tops) as they were mopping down and the shutters had come down over the window

Big car park. Not my local one but impressed with range in here and size. Hooray this shop has traditional till for trolley loads...the till was taken out of my local co-op so very difficult to pay for a trolley load at the cigarette counter! They opened the conveyor type till in bridgnorth especially as I had a trolley full. Lots of offers and I prefer coop as they are ethical; don't test on animals etc...fish and chip shop opposite car park for tea after shopping!

Nice little supermarket for quick shops and essentials. The staff are very friendly. There is always plenty of free parking. The shop is situated in the lower town and is easy to get to. They have a free to use cash machine on site. They take debit and credit cards and do cash back as well. You have an hour of free parking. You will need a moment for the trolleys.

Shop is OK. Enough parking outside, though need to pay after 20 minutes. Self service was slow as person supervising was slow to come to put the machine right. What shocked me though was how expensive the store was in comparison to other COOPs. And I mean expensive. Might have been cheaper to have gone to the M&S food store next door.

No happy lovely store but no social distancing measures being followed. Had several people push by me. Will be thinking twice before using this store its a shame as other Co ops are following rules. Makes you laugh as M&S next door are allowing two in two out policy where Co op is free for all.

One of the finest co-ops in bridgnorth. Wonderfully quiet in the late evening....it seems to open quite late. My son commended the superb self service checkout.Too much plastic packaging though.

Recently updated and revamped to a very high standard. Adjacent to a good M&S food store. Pity the Co-op delayed their Sunday opening hours until 11.00am instead of 10.00am.
