Longford Fishery

Love this place so nice to sit in these surroundings.The fishing is good me and my son love it.

Very nice fishery only downside is there is crayfish in there that play with your bait

Great commercial fishery. I fished the main lake. It's stuffed with fish. The carp are growing to a very good size now. I was shattered by lunchtime when I had to go. The cafe is highly recommended. The breakfasts are top notch. Highly recommended.

Good clean friendly place, with some decent fish.

Lovely fishery, well kept although I regularly come across litter which is usually tin cans or plastic bags of groundbait. It's such a shame to see anglers just leaving there rubbish. It's not hard to put it in a bag and dispose of it at your home.

Probably my favorite fishery. Two nice lakes and ponds to choose from all full of fish. Clean toilets and great food plenty of parking places so you never have to walk far. The people who work here are helpful and friendly and let you can use any bait you like. The place is nice clean and tidy definitely well looked after. They have cut a lot of trees back over the winter that has opened up a lot more pegs on the two lakes. Be careful in the summer at weekends this place can get very busy and you might not get a peg on the big lakes. As for the fish I've never had anything over a 20lb but I do believe there is bigger ones in the big lake.Edit. They now have seating in the cafe this is by far my favourite place

My first visit. I was impressed with oir well kept it was and the amenities offered. Good days fishing.

First time I've been here and its so nice pools are immaculate got a really good selection of pools and reception are absolutely brilliant and got to rest as its a very quiet place to do some fishing as you can see by the pictures some really nice size fish

A great day out to learn about fishing. A well looked after fishery. A great country side place to come to. Me and my other half had plenty of carp 5lb to 8lb, I'm sure you could get even bigger. The owner is a great bloke he stops in his big tractor and ask how your going on. The cafe is my favourite, food and fishing, what more do you want. 10 out 10 to learning your fishing skills. Quality
