It was my first time buying, and the people I dealt with at Whittaker's really helped guide me through it. It felt like no question was silly, and they were patient and friendly at all times. It really meant a lot as right in the middle of buying our first house, my husband and I had our first child, so of course we were exhausted and our brains weren't working great.Leanne Edwards really deserves special mention, though all the staff we had contact with were wonderful. Responses to everything were really fast, professional and clear. We were given support chasing up contractors, solicitors, anyone they could help us with. Whitaker's staff are very professional and were excellent in everything they did for us. It was a difficult sale because of shared ownership with a housing association. Having being used to dealing with them they were able to guide us with their knowledge and advise us accordingly.

I like the friendly and straightforward way that Whittakers operate. No nonsense and honest. Work with you to get the right valuation and constantly monitor progress with your sale.
