I have found my colleagues both in the office to be friendly, helpful and put clients needs at the fore front of their concerns.The office staff, in particular, will listen and hear all that one may have to ask or discuss with genuine concern and interest.I would highly and do highly recommend Patricia Whites to everyone in need of support and care.I have been a part of the care team for 2 years now and proud to be.

Ruth in recruitment very harsh individual, rude, inept & unhelpful & demanding. Advised she would withdraw my application on no less than 6 occasions. I'm 7 years qualified, busy working with another agency's client but despite that I'm too slow processing my paperwork, 7 days!Trinity & Patricia White's interviews passed successfully. Very upsetting.Thank you Patricia Whites for your reply, confused investigation?? didn't include my side of story. check Ruth's emails, full of very unhelpful info. She took great delight telling me I had run out of time at 10.30 am on Weds morning & my application was cancelled. I will decline the offer to speak to recruitment as it's very difficult to get connected. I had to call client line & get transferred on every occasion. If your Company is concerned about losing a potential carer perhaps you would be kind enough to contact me.Charging a carer for a new DBS when my enhanced 7 year updated current DBS Adult & child is perfectly adequate. Asking to supply an 'adult only DBS', insisting the Company only deals with Adults is somewhat worrying. Many clients have grandchildren so are they safe with your adult only check?

I have been a carer for more than a decade and the experience I have had ever since I have joined Patricia White's is extremely rewarding. They do care about clients and carers in equal measure. Which is crucial for both parties. I feel valued, respected, and my professional opinion regarding the welfare of my clients is truly listened and supported.The ladies in the office, especially Avril and Gemma are always on the barricades, both for the clients as well as the carers. By listening, really listening, both to clients as well as carers' suggestions.The world of care is complex. It takes a Lot of Mind, Soul and Conscience to be able to provide Real Care. And it takes people who truly understand that. Am happy that here, at Patricia White's , we can do that. With freedom, passion and deeply humane understanding and approach. Avril and Gemma c/o Patricia Whites. What can I say, except excellent. Communication is second to none. Whenever I need help E.g I had shingles. Patricia Whites sorted out a replacement. At the end of the phone throughout. The company helped me through covid when travel was hard. I have nothing but praise in every department. I always know that the phone will be answered and my query dealt with. They have NEVER let me down. Excellent customer service. I worked with another Agency before. There is no going back. Highly recommended Patricia Whites and the lovely ladies in the office.

It's really great to work with Patricia Whites, they allow me the flexibility that I need. They're communication is on point and I enjoy the their meet ups with other carers as it gives me a chance to mingle with co-workers and exchange experiences and get support.

Patricia Whites is in my opinion the best agency on the British market (or at least one of the best). The reason I say that is because they are competent in their field of private care; they screen their carers thoroughly to make sure the clients will have the best experience; they are polite, friendly and fast! I couldn’t recommend them more. If your parent or someone you know needs hourly care or live in care, then you shouldn’t think twice but contact them!

I have worked for various Care agencies and settings for 20 years now. Sticking with Patricia White's for the last 8. It is really a breath of fresh air. No complaints at all. They try to make everything work for everybody. It doesn't feel like a business first approach like so many care workplaces, but rather it genuinely seeks to provide compassionate care to clients, their families and us carers alike. Ihave been a carer with Patricia Whites for over six years now. I have always been placed with great clients, some long term, some short term. Avril and Gemma in the office, not only take the client's needs into consideration when finding a suitable carer, but also take our needs into account as well. If I have any concerns the ladies are always a phone call away, I am always grateful for the support I receive.The agency also arranges carer get togethers" and it is nice to meet up with other carers

I cannot praise the PW team enough. I signed on with them as a carer in 2020 and loved every minute. Avril and Gemma are so incredibly welcoming and kind. They were always there at the end of the phone or email if i needed them with any questions.I truly believe that PW cares so much about not only their clients but their workers too. Making sure every match is suited perfectly. And checking in on you through out assignments. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming agency to join for care work.
