To Whom it may concernOur boiler recently decided it would like to stop working right when we needed it most. With Christmas just around the corner, very low temperatures and two poorly children it needed sorting fast. Michael Shallow of M. Shallow Ltd. came out to get us sorted swiftly and after sourcing the problem soon had us back up and running. This is the email I got for not responding to a quote for a few days!Thanks for acknowledging I went out to your property, typical landlord , thinking king we can just run around for nothing , I’m not bothered you don’t want it doing , as I do things properly , just a little thanks you had a look , would not go amiss .That’s all .

We have used Mick Shallow and his team for 10 years now. I have personally recommended him to friends and colleagues - everyone always has a good word about them. Recently Mick installed an ensuite in our bedroom which involved a large amount of building work as the space was being taken from an adjoining room - not only was it done neatly and professionally the end result is fab - and in the other room you would never know they had been in there - they even saved the original picture rail and put it back up. They go the extra mile too - our ensuite needed to be finished by Christmas as we had guests coming - we had been let down by our shower cubicle supplier so Mick ended up going out on Christmas Eve to find one and fit it before they arrived that evening.They dont just do bathrooms either - Mick has just finished our kitchen - it involved knocking out a downstairs loo, 3 new steels, moving a backdoor and step and building a new window...massive job but all done in Mick's usual good humour. I really cannot recommend him enough.
