The guys behind the counter come out and make sure your ok and it's odd because the is another one on baker st and they don't seem to care they just hide behind the counter

Ok for a chain restaurant. The miso soup was unexpectedly fishy with (to me) an unpleasant smell. Service is minimal and ordering (on a console rather than from a person) seemed unnecessarily complicated. Reasonable value for money but not somewhere I would seek out to visit again soon.

The curry was horrible. Too salty, nothing to do with a Japanese curry and definitely overpriced £10.95 for adding the chicken and egg. Only positive note was the kindness of the person there.

First time visitor. The ordering system was easy. The food was quick and delish, perfect for ease around the city.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!

Best sushi brand. Fresh, pretty, healthy and tasty. And fast. Easy way to eat with family on a day out. I always meet very friendly people working there. First choice for my food in the city.
