I have been attending this surgery for a long time, but more so recently. I have found the receptionists there very helpful and I haven't waited long to get through to them. The doctor I have been seeing there (Dr Tewelde) is one of the nicest and most caring doctors I have met. She takes a lot of time out to talk with you and really listens to what you have to say. Very happy with the service.

The worst. I suffered a fracture, was sent to King's Cross for an x-ray. The radiologist told me that the surgery would have my x-rays that afternoon. I called every day for 2 weeks asking if my x-ray results/images had arrived...every day I was told that they had not yet arrived. It turns out that they had received the images the the same day as I had attended King's Cross. A 2 week delay due to the incompetence of the staff at reception. By that time, the fracture has already begun to heal, but not in the correct place. No apologies, no acceptance of responsibility. Nothing!

Useless like whole NHS.Basically I’ve been told that I have to live with my back pain and back spasm probably will come back from time to time.What’s the point to pay taxes for NHS when GPs read google in front of you and physios tell you that back spasm are normal?

People who answer the phone need to work on their manners. They are just so ignorant and rude, dont even listen to what you're saying to them, its in one ear and out the other. Was like speaking to a frustrated toddler who doesnt want to be bothered doing her job. Seemed more interested in sucking on her sweets than actually bothering to help, all I could hear was her chewing like a grazing cow.

Don't listen to the annonymous ancient 1 star reviews. This place was great. Friendly staff. Warm welcome. Tanya was great for the flu sniff with my son. Great service.

Took 108 attempts of phoning from 8am to be answered from someone who didn't know their job Told no appointments left so will have to be a phone consultation with doctor who can phone until 6pm joke of a place and needless to say I will be looking for a new practice

Just not answering phoned bang on 8 it rang for 3mins did the same 3 times a d now it's engaged! I been try to get a appointment from November and ever time I try same story .... Why?
