Point Service attended today on behalf of Hometree to diagnose a plumbing fault as I had no hot water circulating even though the boiler was fine. They identified the fault as a faulty 2 port motorised valve that had failed and needed replacement. I was impressed at how quickly they came out and fixed the issue the same day with quality parts. They were polite, knowledgeable, tidy and patient. Kept me informed and on time in suggested time slot. Explained everything clearly and accommodating due to family circumstances to come back to fix the problem with parts that evening. Recommended.

Ali and Abdul are first-class. Come on Sat night to see why our boiler has shut down, and were back first thing on Monday to install anew one. We still have heat, so great success! Really polite, professional and friendly guys. Lao importantly both legit gas registered. Couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you!
