Stay n Play is a wonderful nursery. They take such great care of my daughter and I know she is safe and well-looked after there. Staff are brilliant, and the rooms are really well-equipped with lots of room to play and learn!

Not recommended. We sent our daughter here after being initially impressed by the environment, which to be fair, on balance, is quite impressive. After around 4 weeks we ended up removing her from their care as we had real welfare concerns. I initially tried to raise issues with the managing director but received a somewhat defensive, dismissive response. I then tried to raise other issues on the phone and received the same hostile attitude.In the 6 weeks that our daughter went to nursery here, we received no updates of her progress or how she was settling in/what she was doing, did not get to meet any of the staff charged with her care or get to meet her key worker who took 3 weeks to get assigned. In fact, the only updates that we received from the 'App' were payment reminders at unsociable times of day and even before payment was due!

I have to say one of the best child day care centres i have seen in and around great Yarmouth, after picking my two grandchildren up from nursery and seeing them so happy inside there playing & learning that they actually did not want to leave this has happened on more than one occasion, I highly recommend this nursery ive never once had a problem with staynplay staff managers or managing directors, i look forward to seeing my next granchild attend this nursery very soon keep up the good work staynplay !

This is an outstanding nursery, the best one around town.I take my son here, and love the staff and the care that they provide.Inside the nursery itself is amazing, they have so much to do for the children as well as the outside area.Always getting updates on how my son is progressing and how much he is learning I have seen a huge difference in him which I’m so happy with.I would recommend this nursery to anyone and I feel safe to take my son here, always feel so welcomed by staff.

A genuinely shameful excuse for a nursery.Whilst the setting and layout is great the level of childcare is frankly shocking and Management have all the tact and intelligence of jacket potato.

Don't apply for a position here. Terrible at replying to candidates, and don't even get in touch to tell you if you haven't been successful. I applied a month and a half ago, didn't hear back at all after my interview. Waste of time.
