Nice coffee. Only thing that would make it perfect, add the offer ofcinnamon to the top of milky coffees (like Starbucks)

Spacious and comfortable, there's plenty of seating and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Staff are helpful but as has been said, they aren't very cheery. Prices and what's on.offer are typical of any Costa.

Quite a few negative reviews here. I've never had a bad experience here myself. You get the occasional member of staff that thinks you're beneath them. However, the majority of the staff are really nice and very friendly.The coffee is also lovely

I went to get a coffee and the staff were quite rude to me, when i received the coffee it was half full i mentioned it to the staff they were very rude about it again and ended up giving a new one when i received the new one again it was half full and had barely any taste to it ,it was also just the froth. Its not the first time this has happened therefore it had annoyed me a lot.Wouldn't recommend especially with how bad the customer service was:(

My mate had a job interview here at 16, went perfect. Never got back to him, assuming they chose someone else, but they didn't have the decency to email or text (they had his number). But the drinks are good

Good but the staff serving us was distracted a few times and left us in suspense. More attention to customers please, serving 2 at the same time is not nice.

Visited the Wallsend High Street shop. The staff were very pleasant and chatty, much improved since my last visit in the shop. Keep up the good work, thanks for the awesome cappuccino as always.

Become quite a regular. No coffee quite like costas... shop is clean, staff are all friendly and a nice atmosphere in the shop, not that I sit in all the time, couldn’t fault the place tho.
