Often visit as I love their sausage rolls, The breakfast rolls and baguettes are really good, Oh and good coffee too !

How hard is it deliver a hot drink that has been paid for??Bacon in roll must have been cooked last night and kept in fridge!Will not order again……

When it comes to sandwiches and rolls this store is a bit of a joke. 2pm on a Saturday and 4 hours before they are due to close and not one vegan or vegetarian hot or cold sandwich or roll.

Went in on a Saturday, great service from the young man behind the counter.

I come here first thing in the morning on my way to work. There are never any sandwiches ready, just unhealthy hot stuff they put in the oven. Most of the ladies there treat their job like a social tea party, never mind the working customers who are due to be at work on time. They casually stroll around the place at a leisurely place whilst the queue builds and builds.I've walked out several times without an order because I just don't have the time to wait. If I was the affiliate owner I would put everyone on their final warning and get some professionalism back in the place.Such a shame for such a great location.

Don't bother with delivery, they always get it wrong. What's worse is when they call you to say they didn't give a bag to the driver and you have to make another order to receive the items you already paid for.

I placed an order, and there was confusion in what I ordered, with the staff, however I stuck with the item and was pleasantly surprised, you just cannot beat a sausage and bacon bap with a coffee on an early Sunday morning!

Foods normally terrible. Staff are terrible, always chatting to each other like it’s a social which always leads to a massive queue. Such a good location for a greggs just a shame about the staff.

Went to Greggs Mayfloweron Monday for the first time and disappointed in the lack of service. Ordering and paying was no problem, however two vacant tables outside were not cleaned, so I went in to ask for a cloth as they were busy serving. The boy looked at me blankly and eventually handed me a serviette which I declined and said I want a wet cloth... he said I'll do it in a minute.... we sat waiting, with luke warm coffee, and when no one appeared I went back in to ask again, finally after a couple of mins of being ignored for the second request for a cloth, a woman finally said she would come out. She did come but wiped half the table very quickly and left us speechless as she disappeared back inside, table still not cleaned properly. I wiped the rest with the only serviette I had, and finally we relaxed in the sun.... luke warm coffee 2 out of 3, croissants 5* they were lovely thank goodness!Would we go back, no too much hassle. Seems like they are only interested in giving you your order and nothing else, customer service in an food business is key to returning custom. They failed miserably
