Large college that appears to have no control over their students. Easy to see they were students with lanyards and badges. They were nearly 2 fewer students that ran in front of me and my car thank god I stopped in timeAnd no I was not speeding but they ran from behind parked vehicles as I was driving onto the campus to pick a family member.
