Very good selection of vegan food and whilst it is a limited menu it is actually what you need. Only serve until 3pm, which is a shame as the lake is busy well after this. Priced reasonably and the structure looks energy efficient. Improvement would be to serve seasonal drinks/food and a better to nature. Maybe a bird list, binocolours hire etc

Nice coffee and cakes, good selection of items on the menu and really like that it’s dog friendly. Service seemed to be struggling through a busy time (understandable) … but there was times where I’d see staff unsure who was getting what drinks, so maybe a structural issue. I would return though! Thanks

I don’t know who manages this place but it is in serious need of a review!20 mins in the queue for 4 coffees and then had to wait 15 mins till they arrived. Rude staff that did not take kindly to reasonable complaints.It says that the profits go back into the community however this place could be so successful and incredibly beneficial to the young people if managed effectively. Such a shame and wasted opportunity to do some good.

Stopped for a quick drink as a family and ordered four milkshakes.These tasted great, but were quite pricey at over £4 each.Service was polite but it did take 15 mins to get our order which is a bit in the slow side.

What a wonderful Gem of a cafe, right by Needham Markets lakes. Although we've only been twice it's made a good impression. We've only had ice creams so sorry I can't rate any other food served but I'm sure its absolutely fine. The building is clean and well set out, complete with outdoor table & chairs and a children's playground. A really nice family atmosphere which is great. I would certainly recommend.

Nice place, a good location for a short walk around the lake. Little bit messy, bins overflowing outside as they hadn't been emptied for a while. All in all, a nice dog-friendly spot for a coffee or some food.

Great resource to the community and the coffee and cakes are wonderful, but the speed of service is really lacking and sometimes creates a bad experience. They may struggle to have enough staff on busy days, but there’s just no urgency in the service. A few weeks ago on a semi busy day my mum was waiting 15 minutes just to get two coffees. This is a consistent issue and if addressed this place could be so good.On a more positive note - it’s wonderful that this is a dog friendly cafe!

Visited here for cake and tea while on a dog walk. Very tasty carrot cake and the tea was fine. Service was good and friendly, and the place had a decent atmosphere about it. Would return here again.

I really want to see this place do well it deserves too. I just wish they would improve the service side of things. They are so friendly and lovely to deal with but it's painfully slow. With so many people behind the counter you often wonder why it's as slow as it is. This sometimes extends to the clearing of tables and the emptying of bins too. There is so much good but it just needs someone to work out that final piece of the puzzle and get the service levels up. Lovely cakes, nice sausage rolls and coffee tastes good too.
