I had been struggling to get my gas sorted...its Dec and we have had no gas this side of winter.MATT was so so helpful from the outset . Welcoming when I came in .Great conversation and knowledge. Matt took his time with me I never felt once anything was too much trouble he gave great advice and also went above and beyond that I got my gass that day .(with two boys at home cold)..I am so happy with Matt and Adrian (who delivered my gas) he also took the time to talk me through my connectors which I was worried about ...able to give me a clearer understanding that I had failed to get anywhere else....aswell as process to be able to keep eye on my gas..and eliviate any concerns.Wow... I wish I had found/used them sooner.THE BEST SERVICE I have had from any gas providers ...these kind of people are a asset to any company. I am def. Ordering again ..and I be using for a multitude of tool hire when spring comes.Hutton hire also have great competitive prices which is fantastic.A all round fabulous service I would easily recommend... thank you so so much .xx

They have different people delivering to your home. They all have different ways of setting up the tanks. It means you have to be there when they deliver to see that it is set up the way that you prefer. Never happened with my previous supplier. No hot water today.

Came to hire a carpet cleaner for my white carpet from the property I rent, I arrived and upbeat helpful/knowledgeable guy with fantastic customer service skills was available to answer questions, he helped me with the machine, my white carpet was so stained, as its impossible to keep clean, but the cleaner took up every inch of dirt and all stains gone, and looked new after, this is a state of the art machine is very efficient at removing deep stains, the machine had been serviced 2 days before with documentation available. After having a terrible experience with rug-doctor Morrison's (a prime example of large scale company focusing on greed not quality or customer service) with damaged machines that were not serviced, falling to bits, which damaged my carpet and all stains still there and dirt ingrained in carpet plus grey stains all over carpet) I would highly recommend this local company and would be good if we could support this local business as its so much better than large scale companies. I came again last in 2019 to clean the white carpets, then after another spillage the carpets came up brand new looking!! DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR CARPET CLEANERS

Was building my new fence with a mate from up north who had to leave with a few panels left to nail on. Hired a Paslode nail gun from these guys as it was much cheaper than Brandon, HSS and all other hire places within a 30 mile radius of Truro. Matt and Justin were brilliant. They were very chirpy and entertaining and they didn't speak in esoteric trade terms to an amateur like me and showed me how to load the gas. As I only needed it for half a day and you have to buy the gas in bulk they even tried to find a spare canister for me to save me forty quid. Unfortunately it did not fit, but they then directed me to the nearest screw fix to get some. All in all fantastic service and I will always check there first from now on if I need to hire anything for DIY projects.

Went in to ask some questions in regards to some tools, just got out the van door before I was confronted with a yeah" I asked the questions and was shut down because he couldn't help. Then he just walked away. A perfect example of bad customer service. Maybe a bad day but I won't be going back or recommending I'll stick to the larger more professional company!"

I phoned ahead to check that they had the gas canister that I required and he had it out and ready for me to collect. The shop is closed to the public but they have set up some railings outside to serve over safely.
