Brought a Vauxhall Van for our business today straight forward no mis leading information all described as seen very good condition also cleaned and presentable very happy

Bought a van from ALB VANS. I was told it has been fully checked over, serviced and mot advisers sorted. NOT TRUE. Turned out they had bought it with a fresh mot from a dealer in London and done nothing to it. I took it back several times due to recurring faults. They tried to fix it, put 2 new tyres on it and gave it an oil change. More faults and then the clutch pedal started to not return. I was advised to return it under the Consumers Act 2015 and I did get my money back. It was a very stressful experience, cost me money and wasted a lot of time. Buyers Beware.

Great experience purchasing my first van. Large number of vehicles in stock and very competitive pricing. Denis was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and very keen to assist us, but not pushy in any way. Overall, a first class experience! And i ended up with a super van too! Thank you so much.

Absolutely recommended place to buy a van . Bought a van before Christmas ,everything was going fine then i had Alternator problem on the van last week , i sent them an email they called me in short time and they sorted the problem straigh away . Very happy with them . Definitely 5 stars

Had a great experience with these guys, rang and left a deposit for a van I had seen advertised…..visited, test drove, all paperwork and checks were spot on, vehicle as described and drove away 2 hours later with my perfect work van! Many thanks!

Honestly do not use these guys.I bought a van 6 months ago. Looked all good passed mot zero advisories. I took the van away with 2 months both front bearing had worn away which they changed but wanted me to drive to their garage which was very dangerous. How the bearings weren't picked up on on a new mot is mad. At this point I had a lot of white smoke coming out the exhaust which they said they checked over at the same time as the bearings. 3 months later van has completely broken down. I spent £5000 on the van now i have to spend another £3000 to fix. No compensation and no help. Fake mots !!!! When bought the vehicle back in to be checked I pointed out the white smoke and was told it was normal i also said i could smell exhaust fumes in the cab. Denis and his mechanic. The white smoke was said to be normal and due to condensation. It was very thick white smoke when starting the engine.
