Takes 30min to get to talk to someone, but when you do they deal with it and sought it out very quickly, I asked them to let Toyota do the repairs and they did, thank you I'm very happy with the service.

Shocking still waiting to here about a courtesy car but can't get through to them then when you do they put you through to repair network then they don't answer this system is nothing but stressful and not fit for purpose it will be 4 week since my accident and nothings changed so I'm stuck at home in a small village with no shops for 8 mile and my car is still waiting for repair and I know that car parts are taking time but that's not helping me to hospital appointments is it?? I'm just in total shock with it all.

Was on phone on hold for over 30mins. A man said not taking anymore calls ring tommorow then he hung up. I told them few weeks ago that my bumper is coming off. Another day stuck at home , no one to take me out. I don't feel safe driving car. What a shambles.

Sick and tired of them passing my case to Motor Repair Network to sort for over a year now despite clearly knowing that Motor Repair Network aren’t fit for purpose.And they have the cheek to make it out like they’re doing you a favour for doing so! No, it’s my money that’s paying you.

This is the cold hearted answer I get an they say they look after vulnerable people rsa should be ashamed no wonder u lost the contract to direct lineI hope you’re well.Apologies I wasn’t able to discuss the issue with you, but after reviewing the complaint, unfortunately I am not able to change the decision of the hire being extended as this is a process that has been in place since March this year which the team have been advised to follow. Worst thing I have ever done.Car has been broke for 6 months and have had no help at all. Iv spoke with all the right people and all they do is pass you around and never get it solved
