Excellent service. David Creighton was very thorough and set up an excellent rehab programme for my son to follow to get him back on the rugby pitch. Would recommend.

Over the past few months David Creighton has helped me rehabilitate my hamstring back to full strength. The whole process from the initial consultation to full recovery was excellent. David produced a plan including strengthening and stretching exercises, and later on pitch drills that brought me back to full match fitness and gave me the confidence to return to playing matches. If I had any problems during my recovery between my appointments I was able to communicate easily with David through email. If I ever need treatment for an injury in the future I will definitely be returning to David and Hampden sports clinic.

I had an appointment with Lisa Graham this morning, who was very friendly and shared a lot of knowledge/tips for pain management. The massage was excellent and I left feeling much much better. Lisa also kindly showed me how cupping works as I was curious. I booked the appointment online at the last minute, pleased they could fit me in the next morning at 8am. I'll definitely be back next time I need a bit of maintenance.

We did the Stadium tour hosted by our guide Paul. Excellent tour thanks to Paul who has the balance correct when communicating with a group of strangers so well done Paul. Excellent to see behind the scenes especially as I have been in the crowd many times, recommend this tour.

I, have been attending this sports clinic for a considerable time for several injuries. Which I have now fully recovered from.Staff are excellent and can assess your predicament. Set out a recovery programme for you.It can be expensive but worth it in the long run.I will definitely use the clinic again.
