Heard good things but I've just phoned up and very politely asked a simple question about booking a colour and the woman that answered was very rude. No sense in talking to people like that. Not even gonna bother going in.

Your always looked after in Sherees. Never weerie, cause everyone is allways happy & everytime Iv been there I allways come out feeling a million times better because of the banter. Plus the new shop is looking amazing.x.

Would never go back ruined my day for my sons wedding i paid for a perm because i wanted style n lift in my hair after doing the perm she straightend it she tried to say she asked if i wanted it straightend why would i pay for a perm for her to straighten my hair to me that is so stupid i couldve just got a cut n straightend if thats what i wanted i couldve saved money that way but for a wedding you want to try and look your best there is no photos of me in any of the photos i felt to upset to get photos taking so a big thank you for ruining my day
