I am just so very glad I responded to a local HomeTechWorks ad when I needed to replace my laptop. Dan not only identified a suitable machine for me , once he had carefully identified what I was looking for, but visited me at home to set it up. Subsequently , and as personal circumstances have made a functioning lap top increasingly important , Dan has responded rapidly , sensitively, and effectively to problems I have faced. I would recommend his services to anyone.

My 7 year old laptop was on it's last legs. Dan sourced a suitable replacement very quickly and then set it up for me. It was less than one week from first contact with Dan to being up and running with my new machine. Dan really helped me when I was having a crisis with my bricked phone, he managed to save both it and my laptop without loosing any data or photos etc. Incredibly patient and kind, will 100% be recommending his excellent service to friends and family!
