Waiting over 2 weeks for a parcel and still has not arrived. Get told it's now been marked urgent and still hasn't arrived. Absolutely pathetic service. The app and tracking service is absolutely rubbish. No updates now since the 24th of October! When ringing the automated service is useless and doesn't even understand the tracking numbers.
